I’m finishing up a new book chronicling my relationship with God through years of spiritual lies and emotional abuse. Today I’m sharing a little bit of part two, this time written from the perspectives of different parts of me during my adult years. You’ll meet Freaked, Rosie, Melancholy, Rude, and more. If you’ve ever felt like part of you believes one thing and another part of you believes something completely different, rest assured, you aren’t alone!

I second what Colleen said! I LOVED when you spontaneously broke out of character and let your laughter out! I laughed out loud along with you. This whole episode was classic! You broke down IFS in such an easy to understand, relatable way. I imagine so many women were nodding their heads and saying, “yep!”, identifying with those parts we all have inside us. Thank you Natalie for putting words and context to what we experience. SO helpful!!!

Where is the transcript for the Food Fight? I am a reader, visual learner so I always look for the transcript versus the audio version. Thank you, Leah Hess
